A point many people were making after the verdict over The Pirate Bay foursome, was that Google in effect, is a much bigger problem than Pirate Bay ever was, simply because they link to so many more infringing torrents, than the swedes ever did.

But torrents are just half the story.. Have you ever tried googling your favorite artist, movie, album whatever, and then added a download service after if.. let’s say Zshare, Mediafire, Rapidshare, Megaupload and so on. You would be surpriced to see how many blogs offering a link to you pop up, and if you’re lucky, you even get a direct link to the download as the first result.

Now i’m no lawyer, but please inform me how this is different from what The Pirate Bay does/did…
