Gillette have been delivering, let’s just say like it is,  pretty bad advertising for some time now. In the states they give you Tiger Woods, Roger Federer and Derek Jeter, in Europe he’s swapped with Thierry Henry. But in reality it’s the same really, three stoges, getting paid handsomely.. and i can’t understand why.

Sure they’re all big names.. and so what?? For example, why three?? I could understand it if the razor had three blades, but it has five. Nothing about this makes sense at all. Especially because the ad’s just seem to get worse and worse.. case in point

FTW???!!!??!?!??! Really guys, really?? You are aware that you’re getting run over, molested and made look like idiots by a 32 year old intro to a movie.

I know you’re making a buck, but is it worth it.. like really worth it? And Gillette, please ask your friends at BBDO to step their game up, and then ask yourselves if they deserve the account (with all the zero’s), when this is all they can do with three super stars.
